This policy explains what personal information EDM Tix collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to edmflips.com, our membership page on Whop, and our private Discord server, operated by WGNY LLC, a New York State LLC (“we”, “us”). It is part of our Terms of Service.
From Whop, when you join or manage a membership: your name or username, email address, membership status, and billing status (for example active, cancelled, or payment failed). Whop processes your payment. We do not receive or store your full card number.
From Discord, when you link your account or join our server: your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and roles, plus the messages and files you post in our server.
From our website, when you visit edmflips.com: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies or similar tools We do not currently use analytics tools. Our website host and font provider may receive technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads the site.
From you directly, when you contact support: the details you send us in your message.
We use your information to give you access to the community, manage your membership, answer support requests, keep the server and website safe, enforce our Terms, and improve our content and service. We may also contact you about your membership, such as billing notices, changes to the service, or policy updates.
We do not sell your personal information.

These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
All payments are processed by Whop and its payment providers under their terms and privacy policies. We see whether a payment succeeded, but not your card details.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We keep your information while your membership is active and for as long afterward as we need it for legitimate business reasons, such as resolving billing disputes, meeting legal and tax obligations, and enforcing our Terms. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. Messages you post in Discord stay on the server unless you or a moderator deletes them, and Discord keeps its own records under its policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Keep your Whop and Discord passwords private and tell us right away if you think your account was accessed without permission.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hi@edmflips.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we’re legally required or permitted to keep. You can also cancel your membership at any time in Whop, leave the Discord server, and unsubscribe from any marketing emails we send using the link in the email.
Depending on where you live (for example California and some other US states, or the UK and European Economic Area), you may have additional rights, such as to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
EDM Tix is for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
We and the services we use are based in the United States and may process your information there or in other countries, which may have different data protection laws than where you live.
We may update this policy. If the change is material, we’ll tell you in Discord or by email before it applies. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
