These terms govern your use of EDM Tix (edmflips.com, our membership page on Whop, and our private Discord server), operated by WGNY LLC, a New York State LLC (“we”, “us”). By joining or using the service you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Refund Policy.
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You’re responsible for keeping your Whop and Discord logins safe and for everything done with your account. One membership is for one person: don’t share, transfer, or resell access.
EDM Tix is a paid membership. The price and billing period are shown on our Whop page at checkout: $74.99 (USD, plus any applicable taxes). Payments are processed by Whop under its own terms.
EDM Tix reserves the right to change its membership pricing at any time. Any updated pricing will apply to new subscriptions. Members who maintain an active, uninterrupted subscription will retain their original subscription price for as long as their subscription remains active. If your subscription lapses or you cancel, the then-current price applies if you rejoin.
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price of your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
If a payment fails, access may be paused until it’s resolved. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your access while the dispute is open.
If we offer a discount or special price, it applies only for the period stated. After that, the regular price applies.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may also issue a refund or credit in other cases at our discretion. A refund in one case doesn’t create a right to a refund in another.
Our alerts, guides, drop information, and other content are for information and education only. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice, and past results don’t predict future ones.
Ticket resale is risky: prices can fall, events can be cancelled or changed, tickets can fail to deliver, and you can lose money. Any profit figures, screenshots, or testimonials we share are examples from specific members or situations. They are not typical and not a guarantee of what you will earn. You alone decide what to buy, list, or sell, and you’re responsible for those decisions and for any taxes on your income.
EDM Tix is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any ticket marketplace, primary seller, venue, promoter, or artist. You’re responsible for following the terms of every platform you use and all laws that apply to buying and reselling tickets where you operate. We don’t provide or authorize any way of getting around purchase limits, queues, or anti-bot measures. Services we mention or connect to (such as Whop and Discord) have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them or for any action they take on your account or orders.
Members get access to the members-only channels of our Discord server. Follow Discord’s terms and the server rules: no spam, harassment, or sharing member-only content outside the server. We can remove anyone from the server who doesn’t. Some channels or features may be offered only to certain members, and access is at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time.
To run the service we receive limited information through Whop and Discord, such as your username, email address, and membership status. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Don’t misuse the service. That means no harassing or threatening other members or staff; no spam, scams, or impersonation; no copying, leaking, or reselling our alerts, guides, or other member content; no attempts to break into or disrupt the service or Discord server; and no using what you learn here to break the law or anyone else’s terms, including ticket purchase limits or laws such as the US BOTS Act.
The guides, alerts, branding, and other material in EDM Tix belong to us. These terms give you the right to use them for your own personal use while you’re a member, and nothing more. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
We keep improving EDM Tix and may add, change, or remove channels, tools, and features. We’ll tell you before a major change that takes something away. The service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
You can stop using EDM Tix and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close memberships that break these terms, misuse the service, or put the service or others at risk. If we end your membership for breaking these terms, you’re not entitled to a refund.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, ticket-related losses, or losses from relying on our information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the service, because you broke these terms or the law, or because of tickets you bought or resold, you’ll cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about EDM Tix.
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we’ll tell you in Discord or by email before it applies, and if you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
